    We’ve done two cruises over the 4th of July. On the Disney Wonder, Mickey is dressed patriotically, and there are decorations around the ship. And of course there are fireworks in the evening.

    Going over the 4th of July provided a special and unique way of celebrating the 4th of July while on a cruise at sea. Certainly an Independence Day we’ll remember.

    The Disney Wonder also had some cool 4th of July ice sculptures. Things like the Statue of Liberty as shown below.

    The Fireworks the Disney Cruise Line has are spectacular. The Disney Cruise Line is the ONLY cruise line in the world allowed to have fireworks at sea.

    Here is a picture of the fireworks on the Disney Wonder from July 2007. Obviously a still picture can’t capture how cool it is, but hopefully it will capture a little of it. :-)

    This year I would love to go on a 4th of July Disney Cruise!
