The Disney Wonder and Disney Magic sail from Port Canaveral and they have a sailing party at their (roughly) 5pm sailing. This is the sailing party from the Disney Wonder in July 2005. The kids and adults almost always have a great time. The only time I can think that someone wouldn’t is if it is pouring down rain and after 7 Disney Cruises that has yet to happen to us.

Be sure to look for large fish between the ship and the dock as you pull away. We’ve seen tarpon and other things. Also we have seen turtles and rays as we sail, sometimes near the dock, but generally we see them as you get closer to the ocean leaving the port. We’ve also seen dolphin once or twice.
