One of the cruise lines offering an "around the world" cruise is Holland America. Their 2009 trip begins in Los Angeles and ends in New York with stops in Honolulu, Funafuti … Jamestown, Georgetown, Port of Span, Bridgetown, Ft. Lauderdale, Sydney, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Cape Town and many other stops in between. It begins on January 19, 2009 and arrives in New York on May 16.

Holland America also offers other length "Grand Voyage" cruises.

I have not been on one of them. Yet. ;-)

It depends on which cruise, but for the Grand Voyage above, I think it was from $20,000 to $90,000 depending on the room, if I remember correctly.

Ok, I just looked, for the 117 day cruise, it is 22,626.21/person for an inside stateroom, 26,926/person for an ocean view room, about 43k/person for verandah, and 90,826.21/person for a suite.

That is on the ms Rotterdam, which from what I have read and seen looks like a nice ship!
