Hurricane Gustav has caused changes to Carnival’s Fantasy. The Fantasy was scheduled to leave Mobile, Al on Monday, Sept 1, for a five night cruise. The Fantasy will now leave Mobile on Wednesday, September 3, for a 4 day cruise that returns on Sunday, September 7. The ship will visit Cozumel, Mexico on Friday, September 5.
Thanks for that update. Leaving tomorrow at the height of Gustav would have been a bad idea which was obvious to Carnival. Hopefully things will have cleared out without too much damage so that the ships can get back on schedule.
