When we went to Tortola on our last cruise, it was amazing. The Island is so beautiful. The leader of our group booked us on the excursion that takes you by ferry to the baths on the other side of the island. It was so FUN and amazing. There was a Tropical Wave out in the Atlantic at that time so the ferry ride was interesting. It felt like the boat was coming 10 feet out of the water at times, we LOVED it. Of course some did not; if you have a weak stomach, bring a bag. Once we got to the other side we had to take open buses to the baths. It did not take too long, maybe 15 minutes. After your arrival, you have to hike down (about another 15 minutes) but once you get to the baths it is gorgeous. We had so much fun and words cannot describe how wonderful it is. The kids and adults just relaxed in the water for about 2 hours. The only disappointment was when we had to leave. Bring water though, you will need it after the hike. I would recommend this excursion over any other. Our "leader" always picks the best and most fun things, he loved it too. :D
