On our recent 2 week cruise, we took a tour behind the scenes in some of the Disney Restaurants. It was so cool! We got to tour the kitchen for Parrot Cay and Lumiers. The kitchens are HUGE and everything is so well organized. You get to meet a few of the chefs (the Pastry chef was hysterical) and get a peek at just how efficient everything really is on the ship. If you have a day at sea and this tour is offered, you should take it.
