What do you like to decorate with? That bucket of blood?

Pics of scary looking buildings

Post by lurky » Tue Sep 22, 2009 8:17 pm

Hi,

I’m working on a project and I need to see a bunch of picture of old, dark, gothic-looking stone buildings.

Does anyone have an archive of such pictures or know where to find them online?

Thanks

Wow, that website is truly awesome! Thanks for the link. I can't wait to read the newest update in October - just in time for our favorite season ! (do you like how he said "hopefully"?!)

I'm feeling a little spooked right now after reading about Bennett School for Girls...geez! That is one creepy picture of a once beautiful structure.

The photographer Motts takes awesome pics, I know he must get spooked sometimes! I know some of those pics are downright dreary and depressing but they are wonderful, did you see the one with the body parts left in jars in the building? Totally gross yet fascinating at the same time. It makes you wonder about all the life that were once in those places and where those people are now.

this house was only a few blocks away from us when we lived in SLC, I always thought it would make a great house for a Halloween party

Ewwwww, body parts! :shock: Found 'em...they look like masses that have been surgically removed, waiting for biopsy. I guess no one ever got around to it !

that's a pretty cool place :)
Last night 'twas witching Hallowe'en
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!
