Carving Pumpkins is fun, but I wonder if we should limit ourselves to just carving pumpkins for Halloween?
I actually found some cute ideas with Gourds like this one: https://www.flickr.com/photos/notbrucelee/2645522458/
I'm thinking about adding gourd bird houses to my Box of Art Creations! line anyway, so I figured I'd share some designs I found on google that looked interesting and I might try my own version.
This link has some neat examples of Halloween and other holidays like Christmas, or for year-round decorating:

I'm still planning to carve pumpkins, but I thought it would be fun adding gourds to the mix, since they are already a fun crafty plant to decorate.
Gourds and "Ghost" pumpkins are what I am planning to plant this year if I get around to it. If I am successful, I will share my creative projects with you all.

Thanks! I'll let you know.
Who knows maybe I'll even come up with some of my own designs. Of course I'm going to have to attempt at least one black cat.
