I'm glad there are no rules about burying pets around here, because we actually have an informal pet cemetery in our backyard. Too bad you had to do that sad chore in the dark.
That's wild, about the crazy guy in your store. Thank goodness it was no more serious than it was. I think you handled it very well.
I hope Phoebe enjoys fencing, if she really signs up for it.
The Snoopy Smores kit is very cute. I'd also keep my eye on it until the price comes down.

Re: Catching up
Somewhere in here you were wondering about the martha stewart halloween edition.
It's a reprint of last year's with a different cover photo.
If you hold up last year's and squint you won't need to buy a new one.

All you that doth my grave pass by,
As you are now so once was I,
As I am now so you must be,
Prepare for death & follow me.

To quote Chucky in the movie Bride of Chucky ... "Who the f**k is Martha Stewart?"

All the special interest mags are sometimes guilty of reprinting previous issues. You have to look carefully. I think they do have to say something like "Reprinted by popular demand," but it's not always obvious.

Re: Catching up
So, I was looking at the front page of the forum again and it's officially been a whole year since a new member has joined this forum... oh, well.
If you remember, I also previously posted this information about the forum.
Most users ever online was 27103 on Sun Jun 08, 2025 4:43 am
WHAT THE FUDGE? That's almost 20000 more "uses" than the previous record. I sat there and thought about what could possibly cause such a massive increase in traffic to the forum, and then I realized that it might actually be my fault...
Back on Jun. 8th I had posted about it being Ghostbusters day, and apparently those evil little Google bots and web crawlers were out searching the web for everything related to the keywords associated with that particular event, so it caused a unbelievably high volume in automated traffic that day.
It makes me wonder if there is any other possible event I could post about that would shatter that record.

Well, now the front page says this...Most users ever online was 8967 on Thu Apr 24, 2025 4:36 pm
