Okay I'll 'fess up; we in Silicon Valley have completed our ginormous eco-shield. That's why the weather here is mild all year long.

We are going to lock ourselves in and wait for the rest of humanity to finish each other off and then emerge from our self-satisfied bubble and repopulate the globe with our superior stock.
