If it doesn't rain on the 31st? Look at the illustration in your signature line. "It was a dark and stormy night …"

It has been cold and cloudy for the past few days. Today it was warm and sunny, with hardly any clouds. I hope it stays that way tonight, as there's a full moon.

The day started fine. Bright, sunny, and cooler than normal. But the clouds came in and dumped the rains again after dark.

Today, I decided that I might put up my canopy outside for the night of the party. This will give us a bit more shelter out by the staircase, where us smokers like to hang out.

UGH!
One more detail that needs to be done. But, for the sake of my guest's pleasure, I'll do almost anything.

Now, where did I stash that canopy & poles??

Wolfie, does it ever seem like your place has its very own black hole vortex that consumes anything you need??? That is certainly the case around our house. Actually I think the %$# thing follows us wherever we move. :x

Halloween forecast for our area: sunny, 75. :D I'll take it, but I dang sure hope we get monsooned after that.

I wish! Save me trips to the dumpster, I'll tell you that much.
One thing that never "disappears" is the trash.

Seriously, I swear I cleaned up the kitchen, then the project of installing speakers in the galley just trashed the place. Then I found out that the right main speaker OUTPUT of the surround system is BLOWN! I can't get a peep outta the right channel. Oh, the rear right is ok. So I tapped into the center terminals to power up the "right" side of the new speakers. (The left side is pretty good though.)

Haven't looked at the extended forcast just yet. Since my party is the week end FOLLOWING Halloween, I got three extra days to get my act together.

It's late October and Phoenix has an uncomfortably warm day. What the heck?

It's so cold outside, it's almost like it's going to snow.
