They keep this stuff out year around but don't give a discount on it ; (
Last May asked at my local Dollar Tree in Indianapolis about Halloween left overs (note I did this at a non-busy time of day) and after I explained to them what I needed them for he took me into the stock room and went through boxes of Halloween stuff with me and let me pick out what and how many I wanted....of course I spent about $80 on it so that helped =)

That sounds like a nice place to shop. It would seem that Halloween decoations would be cheaper right now as October is still a long ways off. But then, you never know. I just did a little on-line pricing of Halloween decorations, and it seems that the prices are actualy higher then they are in September and early October. Go figure.

This is the earliest decoration encounter I've ever recorded. Not surprising for Party City. I wonder if it'll catch on.
