Hey Britishwitch!
Yeah when I got back home it was the first thing I did - not just for practical reasons, but because I was so excited to see it all lit up and misty!

I'm glad I did because when I got back to Brighton I read that you had had trouble with yours

It would be a looong ol' way to take mine back to Portsmouth if it had been broken so phew!
And is that a Halloween cake stand?!

I must have one! I've been searching for one of those for ages! My TK Maxx didn't have any of those when I went there..

HI All
I tried to make the picture bigger but with no sucess I'm afraid.
It is called Gilda The Witch cake plate. Pair of wonderful boots on a fab pair of legs leading up to an orange cake stand that has lots of little oddities on it. Put the name of it into Ebay and you should find it!
I saw one in our local TK Maxx but when I went back today it was gone!
That will teach me not to buy when you first see.
I would love to order one over ebay but the shipping costs to the uk are a little too high!

Ok, so I don't have all the finer details of Photobucket figured out

Ok, the 3 pictures of the Pumpkin are just one pumpkin taken under different Lighting. It's a Grapevine Lighted Pumpkin from Michael's, very nice at nighttime. The Black bat is a Spoon rest for like on your stove top, it's from Homesense, The Pumpkin with the candle in it is a scented candle and the pumpkin can be used for whatever after the candle is done, I thought it was a nice match to the Larger Ceramic one I posted earlier that I bought from Pier 1 Imports, this too was from Pier 1, and the Webbed Stand is also from Pier 1 Imports and I'll use it to put the Larger Ceramic pumpkin on, it fits perfectly.

I'm loving all the stuff everyone is showing.
I got my two shelves up for my witches kitchen and have a few things put on it but I have't finished my labels yet. I borrowed my dd's black light for one of the shelves.
I hope everything turns out o.k. I have a few people who really want to see it done and I don't want to disappoint.
We are going for groceries today so I'm going to take a stop into Walmart and make one more round...they didn't have all their outdoor stuff out.

Hi All
Just got back from a weekend away at my sisters.
Went into the huge Walmart near to her to see what goodies they may of had.
If anyone is near there (watford) they have full size butlers really fab (£50 - $100) and the glass balls with witches heads in that talk (£15 - $30) really good stuff!
I bought a little something else ...what a suprise eh?
It was a portrait :-

Just to let you know before I went there I phoned around every T K max in the South East trying to track down one of those cake stands....not one had one
I will keep trying though and if I locate a store with some I will let you all know.
Love the new stuff DOD it's great the pumpkin is beautiful!

I posted these in the other thread of the last things we bought but I forgot about this thread here. I also resized them a bit.....
This is the group photo...I love the spider candle holders...actually I love all of it that's why I bought it...lol
scrapbook with pre made Halloween pages....
Two lanterns not the best picture but if someone wants a better look I can take another.....the orange one has pumpkins on the other side. The purple one says Happy Halloween on the other side.
Two hurricane style Halloween Lamps...I think these are my favorites.....

WOW! A lot of the stuff is great! I want tooooo much of it for the party I'm having the Saturday AFTER Halloween. I guess I'll have to see whats on sale after the holiday.
I haven't been "buying" too much stuff, thus far. I thought I would start out using what I already have, purge the stuff I don't want anymore, and make a few new things out of what I have laying around.
I have YET to get out to the stores to see what's what. Not having a car is hindering me, but I'll get out there around the first of the month.
In the meantime, you might want to check out my website and see what I've done since August. My website link is my signature below.

A few things I picked up this week:
bloddy gauze and liquid latex (dollar store)
door bell, it talks and a spider drops out of the mouth when you press the button, my 2 yr old LOVES it (buck and near store)
bottle and Martha stickers from Micheals and sticky eyeballs (dollar store)
