I've been away on vacation for a few days. I went to the Indiana Dunes State Park and hung out on the beach for a few days last week, but tomorrow it's back to the old grind. Hopefully I can make myself a mess of overtime and have enough money for a new bike by next Summer.

God i'm so ready for october!!! i've been building on our grave yard for about a month now and the closer it gets the more i keep biting my nails in anticipation

I don't know about everyone else, but I'm here. Thankfully, my supposedly long-term hiatus is shorter than I expected. I have a new laptop and I have internet! So, expect more of me around from now on.

I'm here every day. Sometimes I don't post as much, but I am always paying attention. Things here will pick up as we get closer to Halloween.

To MORTICIA... No, the house is a dream house of mine (note the way the trees accent the home) But 2 years ago i had exactly 47 jack-0-lanterns in my yard because of this inspiring picture
and this year there will be more
I can't wait for my house to get decorated.. i'm TOO anxious to show you guys

It certainly feels like it's been a late summer and a postponed autumn... but all I need is a little orange and black motivation and I can see Halloween will be here soon!

it's actualy been cooler then normal here in my neck of the woods. Too bad I had to send so much time in hospitals and doctors offices.
But I am also ready for October and Halloween. I can't wait til the pumpkins are on sale. But that doesn't mean that I'm going to waist what's left of Summer. I do plan to take another motorcycle jaunt this weekend to Peoria and see that Haunted insane asylum. If not this weekend, then the first or 2nd weekend in September. I'll try to get some pictures.

It's the middle of August and I still haven't figured out what I am going to do this Halloween. I skippd last year to take some time off, and I haven't been able to spend much time on Halloween stuff. Mostly because of work and other things concerning family matters filling my time. Got to decide though, time is running out!

What are you trying to decide on? A costume? I don't have any ideas there, but I usualy just go with a pair of fake vampire fangs when I answer the door to ToTers.
I'm also going to have a Halloween bonfire in my back yard this year and cook something on the barbecue for my guests. I also plan to spend some time with my motorcycle this October. I also want to hit up at least two haunted attractions, and make at leas one trip to Bachelors Grove.
