Werewolf movies! Love 'em.

Silver Bullet with pre-crackhead Corey Haim, and of course, the greatest werewolf movie of all time, An American Werewolf in London. My two favs.

I love The Howling too! The werewolves in that were awesome.

the howling was the first werewolf movie i ever watched hey.. i even liked the goosebumps movie "Werewolf of Fever Swamp" it was pretty good

The Howling was the first Werewolf movie I saw as well...except for the original "Wolf Man" with Lon Chaney and the Abbot and Costello movies...

The first werewolf I ever watched was Lon Chaney doing his thing.
The Howling was the one that left an impression on me.

I think they all did as a kid...Wolfman, Dracula, Frankenstein...

They've been an obsession ever since...

Oh yeah all the old classics and the new ones too.
I love Michael Myers and I kind of wanted to see The Collector...that character looks creepy, but I think it's a little over the top on the gore factor for me. Some gore is okay, but I'm not really into the whole torture thing.
But the look of that guy is chilling.

The funny thing is if you go back and watch some of the horror classics there is not much blood or gore...it was all in your head. The Original Halloween, Friday the 13th and some of those types of movies. It didn't get gory until the sequels started coming out.

The original horror classics have none at all...yet you were still terrified by it.

That was the thing about Halloween and others like it.
They knew shock value could be done without the gore.
When I first saw Halloween, I saw that white face everywhere! I had to leave lights on for awhile after! He freaked me out!

It's too funny that the mask he wore for that is William Shatner's from a halloween store there in twon where they filmed it.

I was freaked out after that as well...especially because it happened in a surburban setting too.
