thats a classic. I collect halloween animatronics that look like people, and when I have them out I get a friend or two to dress up and blend in.

I do have an advent calendar too... it's a felt one I got for Christmas a couple years ago. I leave it up year round because otherwise the wall would be bare there! Heh. =)

i started decorating my yard on the 1st

Havn't got much out right now...just a few odds and ends. I just don't want to hear it from Grandma. I put up my Trick or Treat magnent on my car bumper though.
Oh, and I decorated my work place...see the thread for details. :p

I'm working on a "rough draft" for my butcher's serving table.... Nothing too fancy and it doesn't look so hot without the blood splatter.

I've started decorating but I'm worried it won't be enough. I think its hate to find the things I'm looking for this year. Does anyone have any ideas this late in the game. I started shopping late sept. early oct. but now its slim pickin'.
