Oh, that's the same people on a slightly different show. Still trying to recover files off my friend's hard drive. She got hit with a nasty virus that wiped her computer. She lost everything. People really need to learn how to back up. I think she'll be happy if I at least get her pictures and tax records back. Worst part is, I've been running the recovery software non-stop for a week, was just about done saving the files, and the power went out. Back to square one. It actually corrupted the drive I was writing to so I lost everything, again. I'm about to start over but this time I went out and bought a UPS.
Stupid computers are evil. Cavemen didn't have these problems. But then, we don't have to worry about getting eaten by dinosaurs.
