Do you have a favorite Disney World Resort? I am torn between 2 favorites, the Polynesian and the Grand Floridian. Both resorts are on the Monorail (which is great for convenience) and both are beautiful. Once you enter the Polynesian you feel that you are in Hawaii, the flowers, smells, and sounds. You are greeted with a Cast Member presenting leis.. The swimming pool is great and the kids love the "volcano" slide. I have never been to the Luau but I t think it would be a blast. The Grand Floridian is gorgeous as well. The view of Magic Kingdom are beautiful and the resort looks like I would picture a beach resort in the 20’s.

I agree about the Animal Kingdom Lodge. I like the restaurant there, Bon(I think), but it just seems so out of the way unless you are only going to Animal Kingdom or Blizzard Beach. The rooms aren’t as big either. It’s like being in a closet.
I love the Beach Club too. That pool there is so much fun, it’s like being at a water park.

I don’t like the Animal Kingdom Lodge because the rooms just seem so small and it’s not a very convenient place to stay, unless you are only going to Animal Kingdom. I used to LOVE the Beach Club but after my visit last week, it is no longer my favorite resort. The service there just to be "blah". At the Cape May Cafe, the staff was horrible. We had someone with us in a wheelchair and the only offer of help was (once we had parked the wheelchair) was "You can’t park that there." There was no offer of where else we could take the wheelchair and not offer of anything. The only time we saw our waitress was when she took our drink orders and when she brought the check. She was very lucky the 18% gratuity was already added on; otherwise, she would not have received a tip. I was really disappointed in the experience at The Beach Club this past visit.

How to get a job in a ski resort working in a chalet? Im planning on taking a gap year next year and wondering if anyone has info about how to get a job in a resort in Europe, possibly America. Where would i look and what companies should i speak too?

I don’t know. I would check with casting at Disney.
