Paolo is an adult only restaurant on the Disney Cruise ships. The food is fantastic and the service couldn’t be better. If you decide that you want to dine at Paolo, I recommend making reservations as soon as you board the ship (it fills up fast).
That is a good point! It is particularly true on the 3 and 4 days cruises on the Disney Wonder compared to longer cruises aboard the Disney Magic because there are (obviously) fewer nights to eat at Paolo.
